Shipping policy

UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING

1. Shipment Rates: Shipping charges are carrier calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based upon the order weight and ship-to location. 

2. Delivery Estimates: Delivery estimates shown at checkout are for products shipped direct from Loaded Tea Flavors. Some physical product orders, such as clothing, will be shipped separately via Standard Shipping, regardless of delivery method chosen at checkout, with a delivery estimate is 2 to 5 business days.

3. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days, often sooner. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

4. Shipment Carrier: Products shipped direct from Loaded Tea Flavors will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at check-out. All other physical product orders, such as clothing, will be shipped separately via USPS standard shipping regardless of delivery method chosen at checkout.

5. Shipping Restrictions: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If UPS is chosen at checkout with a PO Box shipping address for the order, the shipping method will be updated to USPS Ground.

Note: To ensure food safety, consumable/food products, such as GramZero products, cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Plus: Duties/Tariffs and Other Charges

1. Shipment Rates: International shipping charges displayed at checkout are carrier calculated and do NOT include duties/tariffs, VAT and other charges that may be due upon the destination country's customs clearance. Rates are based upon the order weight and ship-to location. 

2. Delivery Estimates: Delivery estimates shown at checkout are for products shipped direct from Loaded Tea Flavors. Some physical product orders, such as clothing, will be shipped separately via Standard shipping, regardless of delivery method chosen at checkout, with a delivery estimate of 7 to 30 business days, depending upon the country.

3. Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days, often sooner. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

4. Shipment Carrier: Products shipped direct from Loaded Tea Flavors will be shipped according to the shipping method chosen at check-out. All other physical product orders, such as clothing, will be shipped separately via Standard shipping (USPS, UPS or DHL) regardless of delivery method chosen at checkout

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All International Shipments are shipped DDU/DAP. Loaded Tea Flavors is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, duties/tariffs, GST, VAT). We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

Returns: International orders are non-returnable, non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website, all international customers agree to these terms.
