Below are guidelines for total drink mix flavoring per tea. These guidelines provide for a smooth flavor we prefer ~ not too sweet.
- If using Herbalife Liftoff: Generally 1/2 tsp per tea.
- If using 4C Energy Rush: Generally 3/4 tsp per tea.
- If using Nectar Energy Booster: Generally 1 tsp per tea.

Instructions For Sugar Free Drinks: Add a rounded 1/4 teaspoon (1.6g) of this Sugar Free Drink Mix to 1 Cup (8 fl oz) of water and stir until dissolved. As a sugar free drink mix, this 4.5 ounce pouch makes approximately 5 Gallons or 80 - 8 ounce servings.
NOTE: Blend this sugar free drink mix only as directed for best flavor. Adding more mix than instructed will not increase flavor, but can add bitterness as organic stevia leaf extract is highly concentrated.

*While this loaded tea flavor by GramZero is sold as zero calories, the ingredient label does list maltodextrin as the 3rd ingredient out of 8.
*We have found maltodextrin is typically combined with sweeteners (organic stevia leaf extract in this instance) to increase the thickness, volume, texture and shelf life.
*We have been informed the drink mix contains no more than 20% maltodextrin. As maltodextrin contains 4 calories per gram and this drink mix serving size is 1.6g, we calculate maltodextrin is no more than 0.32g of the total.
*If following a ketogenic diet, approximately 1 calorie should be added to your carbohydrate totals per 1.6g serving size consumed.
