Use a Tall (24-32oz) cup or loaded tea tumbler 🥤

1) Add warm (not boiling) water to tumbler per recipe. If using an Energy Tablet, first crush the tablet then add it to tumbler ~ if using an Energy Powder mix add it to the tumbler. 2) Add Tea Concentrate per recipe (typically between 1/4 tsp and 1/2 tsp).

Depending on the recipe, add the Sugar-Free Drink Mix flavor(s) and stir (typically ~ 1/4 tsp per flavor).

Add cold water per recipe.

Pack the tumbler with ice 🧊 to the top. We use nugget ice.

If using Liquid Aloe: Pour Aloe Concentrate over the added ice in tumbler. If using Instant Dissolve Aloe, dissolve it with the drink mix in next step or follow recipe directions.

Per the recipe, separately mix the Sugar-Free Drink Mix flavor(s) with Cold Water.

Slowly Pour Step 6 Over Ice Into Tumbler and ENJOY 🥳

Most of our Loaded Tea Recipes 📇 are low-carb, low calorie (20 Calories) and have 160mg of caffeine. For comparison, an 8oz cup of Starbucks roast coffee ☕ is on average 170mg.

*WARNING: Although caffeine is generally safe for most healthy adults, consumers should be aware of the total caffeine intake in their diets (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, etc.). The FDA has cited 400mg a day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects for most adults. Certain conditions tend to make people more sensitive to caffeine’s effects, as can some medications.
